Civils Site Manager

Due to Substantial growth we are looking for an experienced Civils Site Manager to join our team to work out of our West London location, some works around our Oxfordshire sites and there may be some works along the M4 Corridor to Swindon. The scope of work incorporates Substation Builds and Refurbishment, Cabling and Overhead Line work from 11 – 132kV.
Responsibilities
- Site Management of staff and Subcontractors
- Producing safety documentation and briefing where required, including Risk Assessments, Method Statements, Permits and Toolbox Talks
- Quality Inspections and completion of Inspection and Test Plans
- Ordering Plant and Materials
- Collation of documents and As Built Records
- Cost and Programme Management
- Management and Supervision of Temporary Works
- Record Keeping and report writing.
- Perform any other duties appropriate for the role.
Skills & Experience
- Experience in Substation Construction
- SSEN Cat 3 Authorisation
- Recognised Civil or Electrical Qualification
- CSCS Or EUSR card
- Temporary Works Co Ordinator
- SMSTS
- First Aid at Work
- IT Literacy in Outlook, Word, Excel
