Fleet Administration Manager
Due to rapid growth, OCU Group have an opportunity for a Fleet Administration Manager to join the Plant & Transport department in our Manchester office. Currently the team take care of over 2500 vehicles, with numbers rapidly increasing. We are looking for someone with a history of administration management at a good level.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Day to day management of a busy Fleet team.
- Managing the team to keep all systems up to date.
- Producing management information in line with KPI’s.
- Managing on and off hires.
- Producing weekly fuel reports and ensuring fuel is assigned to contracts correctly.
- Ensuring induction and driver training completed.
- Keeping all telemetry systems up to date and accurate as necessary.
- Providing support to other members of the team on an ad hoc basis.
Skills/Experience:
- A good knowledge of Microsoft office in particular Excel.
- Strong management skills.
- A responsive approach to email and phone communications.
- Good interpersonal skills.
- Fleet experience.
- Strong experience in a similar role.
