Regional HR Business Partner (fixed Term Contract)

The Opportunity:
We’re looking for a Regional HR Business Partner to join our forward thinking HR team, in the utilities sector. This appointment will be initially for a period of a six months, on a fixed term employed contract.
You'll play a pivotal role in shaping and delivering people strategies across multiple sites, supporting leaders through complex employee relations issues and championing a positive workplace culture that empowers every employee.
What You'll Bring:
You will have strong and demonstrable ER expertise, think investigations, disciplinaries, grievances, restructures, TUPE and beyond. With a hands-on, strategic mindset, you’re just as comfortable rolling up your sleeves as you are influencing at board level.
With excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence stakeholders at all levels, you will have proven experience partnering with operational teams across multiple locations.

What You’ll Do:
Day-2-day, you will be partnering with regional leaders to support workforce planning, change management and engagement. Part of the role will be to lead complex ER casework and coach managers through best-practice processes.
Alongside the above you will also:
- Drive initiatives around wellbeing, performance, D&I and talent development.
- Support organisational change projects such as restructures, TUPE transfers, and transformation programs.
- Be a trusted advisor, influencing, challenging and building confidence across the business.
- Analyse HR data and metrics to identify trends, highlight areas for improvement and support decision-making.
- Prepare regular reports and presentations for senior leadership on HR-related metrics and key performance indicators.
