We’re looking for a System Implementation Coordinator to lead the roll-out of our brand-new Learning Management System (Kallidus) on a 12-month fixed-term contract.
This is a key opportunity to drive a high-impact, cross-functional project that will shape how our teams access, engage with, and benefit from digital learning. You’ll work closely with internal departments and external vendors to deliver a seamless implementation experience—from discovery to go-live and beyond.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Lead the End-to-End Rollout – Plan and manage the full implementation of the Kallidus LMS, coordinating teams across HR, L&D, IT, and Compliance.
- Own the Project Timeline – Build and maintain detailed project schedules and implementation roadmaps.
- Engage with Stakeholders – Act as the primary liaison between internal teams and external vendors, ensuring training objectives are met.
- Configure & Test the System – Oversee system configuration, data migration, user setup, and user acceptance testing.
- Support & Train Users – Develop user-friendly guides and deliver training to system admins and end users.
- Optimise & Improve – Support post-launch feedback, troubleshoot issues, and lead continuous improvement efforts.
What You’ll Bring
- Proven experience coordinating system or LMS implementations
- Familiarity with platforms like Kallidus, Moodle, SAP SuccessFactors, Workday, etc.
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Proactive project management and documentation ability
- Eye for detail and commitment to data accuracy and quality assurance
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management tools
