Senior Assurance and Compliance Coordinator
The Senior Assurance and Compliance Coordinator will sit within the Technical Services team and report directly to the Assurance and Compliance Manager. This role will utilise the viewpoint for projects software. The Senior Coordinator must have significant experience in developing and continuously improving the use of Assurance processes within the business, ensuring efficiency and adherence to industry standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and coordinate internal assurance reviews, audits, and compliance monitoring activities.
- Support the development and implementation of risk-based compliance frameworks.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify, assess, and mitigate regulatory and operational risks.
- Ensure ongoing compliance with industry regulations, ISO standards, and internal policies.
- Prepare reports and dashboards for senior management and board-level committees.
- Deliver training and guidance on compliance obligations and best practices.
- Investigate and report non-compliance issues, recommending effective corrective actions.
- Monitor changes in regulatory requirements and ensure timely adaptation of internal processes.
What We’re Looking For:
Software Utilisation: Ensure optimal utilisation of Viewpoint for Projects software across the business.
Process Compliance: Maintain strict compliance with Assurance control processes and industry standards.
Quality Standards: Ensure high standards of document quality and accuracy.
Training and Support: Support Assurance and Compliance Manager in providing effective training and support to staff on assurance process.
Continuous Improvement: Support continuous improvement in Assurance and Compliance processes and software functionality.
Risk Mitigation: Proactively manage risks related to Assurance process and software usage.
Qualifications:
- Experience in Assurance and Compliance role within the engineering and construction industry.
- Experience with Viewpoint for Projects software.
- Proven track record of developing and continuously improving assurance and compliance control processes by adopting progressive assurance.
- Strong organisational, analytical, and communication skills.
- Familiarity with Bentley and ProjectWise systems.
- Knowledge of industry standards and regulatory requirements.
