Key Skills & Qualifications
Organisational Excellence – ability to juggle multiple tasks and keep things on track.
Communication Skills – clear, confident, and professional across all levels.
IT Proficiency – MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and a willingness to pick up client-specific systems.
Attention to Detail – accurate, methodical, and numerate approach to work.
Industry Awareness – some knowledge of construction/engineering environments is a bonus.
What You’ll Be Doing
Project Support – help managers with scheduling, budgets, coding works, and tracking progress.
Documentation Management – maintain project records, contracts, and compliance files.
Coordination – liaise with clients, suppliers, and contractors to keep workflows smooth.
Compliance & Reporting – assist with reports for senior management, ensuring company standards and regulations are followed.
Site Support – handle ordering/distribution of site materials and PPE.
