Commercial Administrator
The purpose of the role is to provide administrative support to our busy Commercial team, Program managers and our NPG Engineers.
Duties and Responsibilities:
· Ensure OCU AFPs are submitted to the correct department within NPG.
· Liaise with clients AFP approvers and build relationships.
· Follow up/Chase outstanding AFPs once submitted for PO release.
· Provide information to the commercial department on rejected/disputed AFPs.
· Process Purchase orders against AFPs so an invoice can be raised.
· Identify/resolve issues with purchase orders and aged AFPs.
· Generate weekly reports detailing status of outstanding AFPs.
· Reconcile client AFP database with OCU’s.
· General assistance to the Commercial Team.
· General filing and folder management.
Skills and Experience:
· Previous experience in a Commercial Administration role.
· Good working knowledge of all Microsoft Packages.
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
· High attention to detail.
· Willing to use initiative when required.
· Excellent time management, organisational, and prioritisation skills.
