Performance Manager
Role Overview
The Performance Manager will be responsible for overseeing and improving the performance of our organisation across various key areas. This role requires strong analytical skills, strategic thinking, and the ability to implement effective performance management processes.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Overall management of RFQ. Ensuring compliance to 5-day return SLA.
- Monitoring individual Surveyor performance to ensure continuous education and improvement.
- Upload, new, verify incoming, and check off returned quotations.
- Host regular monthly meeting with RFQ team, providing feedback, recording issues and highlighting areas of concern.
- Produce presentations for, and attend, weekly SSEN & internal OCU management meetings, fortnightly SSEN Design meetings, monthly & quarterly SSEN performance meetings.
- Overall management of the completion pack and compliance team. Ensuring necessary standard is achieved in accordance with required timescales.
- Management and completion of RRD and Job Pack defects.
- Monitoring framework performance, highlighting areas for improvement and implementing process change to better delivery.
- Continuous review and development of WMS and management information tools.
- Liaising with the client on any matters
- Point of escalation for all framework issues.
- Assisting all departments as required with delivery of work.
- Reactively resolve any issues on projects to ensure their successful completion.
Skills and Experience
- Previous experience in performance management, business analysis, or related fields.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and software.
- Strategic thinking and ability to see the big picture.
- Project management skills and ability to lead cross-functional teams.
- Knowledge of performance management frameworks and methodologies.
