If you have a passion for Plant and Transport, then this could be the perfect opportunity for you. We are seeking a talented Mobile P&T Mechanic to join our team covering the Southwest.
In this role, you'll repair and maintain heavy construction machinery so that projects can be completed efficiently and safely.
Key Responsibilities:
- Diagnosing faults and repairing mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems of construction plant machinery.
- Conducting routine servicing and preventative maintenance tasks on equipment to ensure optimal functionality and operational safety.
• Responding promptly to breakdowns and carrying out emergency repairs on-site when necessary. - Always ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.
What You’ll Bring:
- Proven experience as a Plant mechanic or similar role, preferably within the construction or heavy equipment industry.
- Knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems used in construction machinery.
- Relevant qualifications such as NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Plant Maintenance or equivalent would be advantageous.
- A valid driving license and willingness to travel to different sites as required.
