Project Manager
Role Overview
Join us as a Project Manager and take the lead in overseeing exciting projects focused on Electrical Overhead Systems. In this role, you'll collaborate with a variety of stakeholders to set clear objectives, create detailed project plans, allocate resources efficiently, and ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality. You'll lead and inspire project teams, keep everything on track, identify potential risks, and keep everyone informed of progress.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define clear project goals, scope, and deliverables.
- Develop detailed and actionable project plans, with timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
- Lead and motivate project teams, offering support to ensure the successful delivery of project objectives.
- Track progress, proactively identify any risks or issues, and implement solutions as needed.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure seamless project execution.
- Keep a close eye on project budgets and expenses, ensuring everything stays within financial limits.
- Provide regular updates, key milestones, and progress reports to stakeholders and senior management.
- Lead project reviews and evaluations to improve processes and share best practices.
- Uphold project management standards and methodologies throughout the project lifecycle.
- Mentor and guide your team to enhance their skills and contribute to their professional development.
Skills and Experience
- Proven experience as a Project Manager, ideally in a related field.
- Solid understanding of project management principles, methodologies, and tools.
- Strong leadership, communication, and people skills to engage with a variety of stakeholders.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and stay on top of priorities.
- Proficiency with project management software (e.g., Microsoft Project, Asana, Jira).
- Familiarity with relevant industry regulations, standards, and compliance.
- Project Management certification (PMP, PRINCE2) is a plus, but not required.
- A problem-solving mindset with the ability to make quick decisions under pressure.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
