The Role
OCU Group is growing rapidly across the energy and infrastructure sectors. We’re looking for a Senior Project Manager to lead the delivery of complex, high-value projects while shaping best practice and supporting the development of our project teams.
This is a senior position with full end-to-end accountability, strong client exposure, and real influence over how projects are delivered.
What You’ll Be Responsible For
Leading large, multi-phase infrastructure and energy projects
Owning programme, budget, quality, risk, and P&L performance
Managing cross-functional teams across engineering, commercial, and site delivery
Acting as the senior point of contact for clients and key stakeholders
Managing contracts, variations, change control, and commercial risk
Ensuring full compliance with HSE, quality, and governance standards
Supporting portfolio planning and strategic decision-making
Mentoring Project Managers and developing future leaders
What We’re Looking For
Essential
Proven experience delivering complex infrastructure or energy projects
Strong leadership of multidisciplinary delivery teams
Excellent commercial and financial capability, including P&L ownership
Confident stakeholder management at senior level
Strong understanding of risk management, HSE, and compliance
Desirable
Degree or professional qualification (APM, PMI, PRINCE2)
Experience in utilities, energy, or critical infrastructure
